  3. What is the tariff range for rooms at IVY Nirvana? Depending on Room Type, Occupancy & Meal Plan, tariff range is ₹2500 to ₹10000

  4. Can I cancel or modify my reservation? Yes, You can cancel or modify your reservation according to our cancellation policy.

  7. I need GST Invoice, What to do ? Our 100% invoice issued are GST invoice only. If You wish your GST Number to be updated in invoice, please share the GSTN during check-in.

  8. Does IVY Nirvana supports Bill to Company? Yes. Business house can connect with us for contractual rates under Bill to Company.

  1. What type of rooms are available? We offer a variety of rooms, including Standard, Premium, Classic & Luxury Suite.

  2. Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning? Yes, all our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

  3. Are there tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms? Yes, Premium, Classic & Lux rooms are equipped with Electric Kettle, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar sachets along with free Bisleri bottles.

  4. Is there a daily housekeeping service? Yes, Hygiene is our key focus area & daily housekeeping is must to ensure your room remains clean, warm and welcoming.

  5. Are there any in-room entertainment options? Yes, each room is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, & DTH.

  6. Do the rooms have blackout curtains? Yes, all rooms are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a comfortable and undisturbed sleep.

  7. Can we request extra beds or cribs? Extra mattresses are available at cost. Please inform the front desk in advance to ensure availability.

  8. What kind of washroom is there at Ivy Nirvana? All offered rooms are set up with super clean private western washroom featuring premium Jaquar fittings, Rain Shower, Slippers, Bathmat, Towel etc.

  9. Are there free toiletry available in room? Complete toiletry kit with Body & Hair wash, Moisturizer, Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, Comb are available for free in Premium, Classic & Suit room

  10. Is there hot and cold water supply in washrooms ? Yes, we have 24x365 supply of Hot & Cold water in all the washrooms.

  11. Is there a bathtub in the rooms? Suite room features premium bath tub for added comfort and luxury.

  12. Do you provide free Wi-Fi? Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

  13. Is breakfast included in the room rate? Yes! Different rate plans are available. If you wish to include breakfast, please select the desired option while making a reservation.

  3. Do you have a swimming pool? No. Lakhisarai is small town & we don’t observe such service opportunity by large.

  4. Is there a spa at the hotel? No

  5. Do you provide laundry services? Yes, laundry services are available for an additional fee.

  6. What are the available conveniences for long term stay at Ivy Nirvana? Long term stay are welcomed with Daily Housekeeping, Change of Linen & Towels, Low Spice Food and attention to individual need for complete smooth stay.
     

Accessibility
 

  1. Is the hotel wheelchair accessible? No

  2. Do you have accessible rooms? Varies on case to case. Please call our office to discuss the special need.

  3. Is there an elevator in the hotel? No. We have beautiful staircase which illuminates with every step you make. We encourage guests using stairs to help them keeping fit and healthy.

  4. Do you provide parking facilities? Yes, we offer free parking for our guests.

  5. Is there a shuttle service available? Public transport like frequently available Train & Bus. Private Car or Taxi are available on request.

  1. What is the hotel's pet policy? Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

  2. Do you have a smoking policy? Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available around. Violation of smoking rules to attract one extra room night charges and deep refreshing cost to the final check-out bills.

  3. What is Alcohol Policy at Ivy Nirvana: PROHIBITED - Consumption or even carriage of alcohol in state Bihar is punishable offence.

  4. What is the hotel's policy on extra beds? Extra mattresses are available upon request and incur additional charges.

  5. Do you have a child policy? Children under 12 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds.

  6. What is the hotel's policy on noise? We ask all guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

  1. What safety measures are in place at the hotel? Reception Monitoring, CCTV Surveillance, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors in all rooms. Inside manual latch (door lock bolt) specially installed for female guest.

  2. Do you have a first aid kit available? Yes, a first aid kit is available at the front desk.

  3. Is there a doctor on call? We have several health centers within 200 to 500 meters and transportation can be provided on request.

  4. Do you have fire safety measures in place? Yes, we have fire extinguishers.

  5. Is there a door lock in the rooms? Yes, all rooms are equipped with high standard door locks, manual latch & see through lenses..

  1. What sustainability practices does the hotel follow? We use solar energy under certain scope, have sensor-controlled lighting at places as well we keep clear check on food & water wastage.

  5. What should I do if I have a complaint? Our entire operations are designed in such a way where complaints have very limited chances to show up at Ivy Nirvana. However, if there has been either, we would just love to quickly fix those once for ever. Please contact our front desk, and we will address & resolve your concerns promptly.
